First of all, thank you for allowing me to visit my profile. Now, let me introduce myself. I’m Tipsukanya Norrasing. You can call me Nam. I'm a junior at Kasetsart university. My major is Computer science. Now, I'm interested in Business Analyst,  Data Visualization, and DevOps.

Interested In

I am passionate about the position of Business Analyst because it is a position that has the opportunity to learn and apply knowledge of technology and business together, which is something I am interested in and am good at. From studying in the field of computer science, I have knowledge and skills in coding, algorithms, and data analysis, which are considered essential skills for the position of Business Analyst. Later, I chose to study Financial and Banking Information Technology, which gave me the opportunity to learn about business and business processes, which helped me better understand customer needs and the business context. I also learned the subject of Business Data Dimension and Report Management, which taught me how to use Tableau to present data, which helps me communicate data and analysis results effectively. In addition, I also participated in a workshop on writing flows of various types according to customer requirements with CRM & Cloud Consulting, which taught me how to collect and analyze customer requirements systematically. This semester, I have learned the subject of Enterprise Resource Planning System Design and Development, which gave me the opportunity to learn about ERP systems and to do a project on business goals, business processes, business flows, user requirements, data flow diagrams, and state diagrams, which helped me understand the workings of ERP systems in depth. From the experience and skills I have learned, I am confident that I am ready to continue learning and developing my skills to become a professional Business Analyst in the future.

This is the Final project in Software Construction for complaint application. In this project, the professor gave the following task: to create an app for student complaints to the university. The app should allow students to report their needs or grievances. An admin will be responsible for coordinating between student complaints and the responsible faculty. The following programs will be used to create the app: IntelliJ Idea, Git, Git Flow, and JavaFX.

Financial and Bangking Information Technology

In this course, we studied the Netflix series "Never Give Up" and used the content to generate ideas for new features to add to a neighborhood app. After consulting with our group members, we agreed that we would like to develop the following features:

  • A feature that allows neighbors to help each other deliver food. This feature would allow neighbors to connect with each other and offer to help deliver groceries or other food items to those who need it. This could be helpful for people who are elderly, disabled, or simply too busy to run errands.
  • A feature that allows neighbors to help each other care for pets. This feature would allow neighbors to connect with each other and offer to pet sit, walk dogs, or provide other pet care services. This could be helpful for people who travel frequently or who need to leave their pets for other reasons.
  • A feature that encourages neighbors to exercise together. This feature would allow neighbors to connect with each other and organize group workouts, sports activities, or other fitness events. This could be a great way for neighbors to meet new people, get healthy, and have fun.

We will then apply these features to the Agile principles. Agile is a software development methodology that emphasizes iterative development and continuous improvement. We believe that Agile principles can be applied to the development of new features for a neighborhood app in order to create a product that is responsive to the needs of users and that is constantly evolving and improving.

This is the Final project in Natural Language Processing for chatbot. In this project, I collected data on a variety of cafes, categorized by type and the needs of customers with different lifestyles. then processed the collected data to test its accuracy for creating a bot connected to LINE for those who want to find cafes that meet their preferences and are convenient to travel to, as most of the cafe data will be cafes located near or adjacent to BTS stations.

Business Data Dimension and Report Management

This is a workshop on Business Data about CRM-C. A tool used by trailheads to follow the requirements. I learned how to follow customer requirements, which in this case is a system for notifying maintenance of various equipment in a space station. The main thing I did in this training was to create a flow. It starts by checking which equipment needs maintenance, how often it needs to be maintained, such as every 3, 6, 12, or 36 months. It also includes a system for recording the status of the equipment, such as when it was last maintained, when it needs to be maintained again, and its status (e.g., waiting for maintenance).

Activity


I had the opportunity to go on a cultural and language exchange to the United Kingdom for about three weeks.

It was an amazing experience that I will never forget. I learned so much about British culture and history, and I improved my English skills significantly.

I stayed with a host family in a small town in the countryside. My host parents were very kind and welcoming, and they helped me to adjust to life in the UK.

I attended school with local students, and I participated in a variety of activities, including sports, clubs, and field trips. I also had the opportunity to visit London and other major cities in the UK.

I made many new friends from all over the world, and I learned a lot about different cultures. It was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish forever.

The AI Summer Camp @ Yuan Ze University, Taiwan is a program organized by Yuan Ze University, Taiwan. It focuses on providing knowledge about artificial intelligence to high school and university students. In 2023, the camp was held from May 7 to May 19. It covered topics on programming and controlling robots, as well as image processing.

Activities that students participated in during the camp included:

  • Lectures on artificial intelligence
  • Hands-on robot programming
